The CX DevOps Team Lead is the senior technical authority for application development and integration within Nexon’s Contact Centre (CX) and Contact Centre as a Service (CCaaS) practice.
The role sets the technical direction and engineering standards for how CCaaS applications, integrations and custom code are designed and built, and serves as the senior technical escalation point for application development and integration matters.
It is a technical leadership position, leading through expertise, design authority and mentoring rather than line management and works alongside the existing delivery leadership, who retain accountability for timelines, budgets and resourcing.
While principally a leadership and oversight role, it requires deep, hands-on contact centre, CCaaS and DevOps expertise — sufficient to make sound architectural and design decisions, critically review the team’s code and designs, and intervene with credibility when escalations demand it.
