We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to provide real-time technical and strategic assistance to advertisers. In this role, you will troubleshoot complex campaign issues via live chat and ticketing systems, ensuring brands maximize their performance on global platform.
Responsibilities
- Technical Troubleshooting: Resolve intermediate to complex issues regarding campaign setup, ad performance, billing, and TikTok Pixel tracking.
- Omnichannel Support: Deliver high-quality assistance via live chat, email, and ticketing systems (Zendesk/Salesforce) while maintaining detailed case documentation.
- Optimization & Guidance: Guide advertisers on best practices for targeting and campaign optimization to meet their business goals.
- Continuous Improvement: Meet defined SLAs and share product feedback with internal teams to improve platform quality and help-center resources.
