Duties include but are not limited to: Assisting with ensuring individuals seeking mental health services have completed applications for services and other necessary paperwork. Answering telephone, receiving intake and screening information from the call center. Will be the customer support specialist for the designated program facility, to include completing requisitions for supplies for other staff at the location. Tracking individuals throughout the open access process, filing, sending out correspondence via mail, email, and responding to questions.
