Customer Support Associate (1 Year Contract) MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Handling of incoming and outgoing calls
- Attend to patients' enquiries and provide any clarifications
- Provide relevant service information to callers
- Assist with appointment booking from Hospital, SAF and CHAS GP
- Performs other duties as assigned by the Asst / Clinic Operations Executive
Job Requirement - At least 1 year of call centre working enviornment
