Your Profile
Native-level German speaker (C1 level)
Solid English skills (B2) – needed for training and internal communication
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable with multitasking and digital tools
Experience in customer support or with gardening tools is a plus, but not mandatory
Successfully complete a technical assessment (Harver) with a score above 70%
Your Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via inbound calls, email, and chat
Provide assistance with products, manuals, and after-sales support
Support both retail and B2B clients
