Job Responsibilities
  • Check service/ recall campaigns, prepare quotations, raise POs and invoices, and coordinate parts ordering and delivery.
  • Handle customer coordination including vehicle pickup/ delivery, NPS follow-ups, and service updates.
  • Maintain records, documentation, filing, and support daily administrative and ad-hoc duties.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum GCE O Level or Diploma holder with 2–3 years of customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
