We are currently hiring a Mandarin + Cantonese-speaking Customer Success Specialist for a leading customer support operation based in Penang (Livingstone) .

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries via phone, chat, and other channels
Assist customers with order status, delivery updates, and service requests
Provide clear, professional, and solution-oriented support
Ensure accurate data entry into internal systems

Adapt communication style based on customer needs and situations
