As a Customer Success Manager your responsibilities are:


  • Lead the implementation and onboarding of the SaaS platform at client organisations

  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers, supporting them with functional questions and best practices

  • Guide customers through testing, configuration, and optimisation of the solution

  • Build long-term relationships with CFOs and finance stakeholders

  • Ensure smooth adoption, usage, and customer satisfaction throughout the lifecycle

  • Identify and develop upselling and cross-selling opportunities in collaboration with the sales team

  • Provide structured customer feedback to internal teams to support product improvement

  • Support the sales team during presales, demos, and customer handover when required
