Responsibilities
  • Conduct and support customer onboarding and follow-up sessions
  • Guide customers on software workflows and practical application
  • Support customer usage, adoption, and day-to-day software application
  • Handle client inquiries, clarify issues, and coordinate escalation when needed
  • Conduct software training, workshops, and customer engagement activities
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and HQ teams to support customer success initiatives
  • Document customer issues, follow-up actions, product feedback, and service updates accurately
  • Support customer meetings, product demonstrations, and internal coordination when required
  • Help identify customer usage gaps and provide suitable follow-up support to improve adoption
