            Responsibilities  Conduct and support customer onboarding and follow-up sessions 
Guide customers on software workflows and practical application 
Support customer usage, adoption, and day-to-day software application 
Handle client inquiries, clarify issues, and coordinate escalation when needed 
Conduct software training, workshops, and customer engagement activities 
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and HQ teams to support customer success initiatives 
Document customer issues, follow-up actions, product feedback, and service updates accurately 
Support customer meetings, product demonstrations, and internal coordination when required 
Help identify customer usage gaps and provide suitable follow-up support to improve adoption 
 Requirements  Based in Singapore 
Able to speak and write Chinese and English
