As a Customer Service Team Member, you'll be stationed at our in-store customer services checkout, where you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service possible.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include answering customer inquiries and providing advice to processing returns, exchanges and refunds. You will supervise and support the Checkout area making sure that all transactions run smoothly and efficiently.
