The Customer Service Representative will create exceptional customer experiences by managing requests and keeping customers informed every step of the way. Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer and partner inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding shipment status, scheduling, claims, and service issues.
• Manage and monitor delivery and pickup appointments to ensure timely coordination.
