Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative you will provide outstanding support to customers via inbound phone calls and email. You will deliver timely and accurate advice and positively impact the customer experience. You will assist with queries, troubleshoot issues and ensure compliance with NZTA policies and procedures.

Hours and Shifts

Work 40 hours per week on a rotating shift pattern. Weekly patterns include:

• Weekdays: 7:55am – 6:00pm
• Weekends: 8:30am – 5:00pm

Rosters are issued every three weeks. You must be available to work Saturdays and/or Sundays as required.
