Processes orders and handles questions, providing information on delivery times and stock situation. Accounting support.

TASKS

  • Order processing and follow-up in contact with logistic company in the territory.
  • Contact with customers
  • Customer service (handle questions and complaints) in English, providing information on delivery times and stock situation
  • Answer and forwarded incoming phone calls
  • Active collaboration with the product specialist to provide assistance. Back-office support for the sales team in the territory.
  • Active collaboration with the lead office
  • Managing appropriate filing system to conform to auditing requests
  • All-round administrative help to direct management and product specialists (mailings and diverse correspondence in English)
  • Sales data analysis in the territory
  • Accounting support
