TASKS
- Order processing and follow-up in contact with logistic company in the territory.
- Contact with customers
- Customer service (handle questions and complaints) in English, providing information on delivery times and stock situation
- Answer and forwarded incoming phone calls
- Active collaboration with the product specialist to provide assistance. Back-office support for the sales team in the territory.
- Active collaboration with the lead office
- Managing appropriate filing system to conform to auditing requests
- All-round administrative help to direct management and product specialists (mailings and diverse correspondence in English)
- Sales data analysis in the territory
