We are looking for CSRs to join a fast growing Online Video Sharing account in Taguig City. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to valued clients through effective communication, problem-solving skills, and customer profiling.
Key Responsibilities
- Protect customers and reduce fraud while maintaining a positive experience.
- Review accounts, transactions, and patterns to detect and prevent fraud.
- Identify trends that separate legitimate vs. fraudulent activity.
- Handle calls regarding potential fraud and confirm activity with customers.
- Use internal and external tools to determine if activity is fraudulent.
- Solve problems, find root causes, and recommend solutions.

- Must have at least 6 months of BPO Experience
