Hours of Work:

• Monday to Wednesday 8:30am - 5:45pm
• Saturday 10:00am - 5:45pm
• Sunday 8:30am - 5:30pm

This is a fixed-term role with an end date of 1st June 2027.

What Will You Be Doing?

We’re on the lookout for a Customer Service Representative who loves tackling problems and thrives on challenges. The main responsibilities for this role include:

• Assisting customers at the counter with questions about payments, such as hire purchases and credit applications.
• Helping with service repairs and sales inquiries.
• Proactively addressing and resolving customer concerns.
• Supporting administrative tasks.
