Customer Service Representative for Maspeth, NY
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for working with our Independent Operators with the accurate settlement of delivery route and case sales. Including working with branch management and sales team with duties that will include, perform administrative tasks, data entry, data analyze, reporting and communication, scheduling meetings and setting up the logistic, system savvy, support between different team members and others.
Shift and Schedule:
* Full Time
* Monday through Friday at our Maspeth, NY facility
* 7:00 am start time
Position Responsibilities:
* Orientations and all set up of ipads, Iphones, and ordering of uniforms.
* Cashiering for the local branch, including using an Iphone for samples, donations and employee orders.
* Maintaining/upgrading ipads, iphones when necessary.
* Preparing Weekly Payroll sheets.
