Provide purchasing and administrative support by following established procurement processes, assisting with purchase requests, and coordinating with suppliers. This is a highly trainable role, where the onshore team will provide training on systems and workflows. The key requirement is strong communication skills, particularly in Chinese, to support supplier coordination.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in processing purchase requests and converting them into purchase orders.
  • Follow documented procurement workflows and internal processes.
  • Track and follow up on orders to support timely delivery.
  • Maintain purchasing records and basic documentation.
  • Communicate with suppliers to confirm quotes, orders, and delivery schedules.
  • Provide administrative and coordination support to the procurement team.
