Our Customer Service Representative I plays a fundamental role as a company liaison with our customers and account managers. The primary responsibility of this position is to provide excellent service to our customers and account managers, respond efficiently to their inquiries, and maintain high satisfaction among them. The candidate for this role must be professional, friendly, detail-oriented, patient, empathetic, and an advocate for our customers and account managers. They should also be skilled in conflict resolution and, when necessary, gathering customer feedback.
