As a Customer Support Representative, you will:
- Provide top-notch telephone support to our customers in German.
- Assist both existing and potential customers with information and support related to our products and services.
- Manage customer requests, ensuring accurate updates in our systems (e.g., rate adjustments, plan changes, service activations, and address modifications).
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in customer service processes.
What We're Looking For:
- Fluency in German: You must be able to communicate effectively in German (minimum C1 level). Proficiency in English is a plus.
