**Description**
**In this role you will:**
+ Act as the **primary point of contact** for customers, sales, and internal teams in our California and Georgia locations
+ Manage orders from entry through shipment with a high level of accuracy and urgency
+ Monitor inventory, order status, and shipments to ensure customer satisfaction
+ Partner with production, quality, and logistics teams to ensure on-time fulfillment
+ Resolve customer concerns and drive solutions that strengthen relationships and drive timely, effective solutions
+ Maintain accurate order, pricing, and shipment documentation
+ Support continuous improvement initiatives and cross-functional collaboration
+ Use customer systems and portals to manage real-time updates and reporting
**Required:**
+ High school diploma or GED
+ 2–5 years of customer service experience, ideally in manufacturing or packaging, plastic film, extrusion
