Location: Kohler, WI (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)
Type: Contract‑to‑Hire
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (flexible)

What You’ll Do

+ Serve as a primary point of contact for customer and distributor accounts (B2B)

+ Support order entry, order tracking, and fulfillment coordination

+ Troubleshoot and resolve billing and invoicing issues

+ Communicate with customers primarily via email and occasional phone calls

+ Collaborate with internal teams across sales, operations, and finance

+ Track and manage data using tools like SAP, Salesforce, and Excel
