Job Description
The successful candidate will be part of SIA's Sales & Marketing Division.
Key Responsibilities include:
Attend to walk-in customers and perform frontline services at the Service Centre located in ION Orchard. These include: Attending to general enquiries
Providing reservations and ticketing services (e.g. making or changing flight bookings, issuing/reissuing tickets, processing refunds)
Handling membership related transactions Assist in backroom administrative functions and other ad-hoc duties if necessaryHe/She will be rostered for shifts within the daily operating hours of 9am to 6:30pm, including weekends and public holidays, on a rotational basis
Requirements
Minimum of NITEC/Higher NITEC or equivalentWork experience in the airline/travel industry or customer services, with knowledge of airline tariffs and ticketing will be an added advantag...
