Responsibilities - Handle and manage import, export and transshipment consignments.
- To co-ordinate independently with haulier, carrier and warehouse to ensure timely clearance of shipments.
- Liaise with customers and warehouse for shipment planning and job executions.
- Knowledgeable in import/export/transshipment procedures for ocean/air shipments.
- Update information into freight management system.
- Issues billings to customers on a timely basis.
- Vendor cost verification.
- Consol planning.
- Monitor orders and ensure payment terms are being adhered.
- Manage customers queries and complaints.
- Provide Sales Support.
Requirements - Min. 3 years experience in the related industry
- Permit declaration knowledge
