What You Will Be Doing - Manage the Customer Service / Information Counter as the first point of contact
- Attend to shoppers and tenants enquiries, requests, and feedback
- Assist in mall promotions, events, and campaigns
- Handle voucher sales and redemptions
- Support Loyalty Programme enquiries and redemptions
- Support the upkeep and presentation of the mall
- Maintain high service standards and perform administrative duties
