Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 6.00pm

Key Responsibilities - Assist customers with ID card applications and collections
- Handle walk‑in, phone and e‑mail enquiries professionally
- Update customer records and verify information accurately
- Support membership‑related enquiries and fee payments
- Assist with mediation service documentation and referrals
- Manage customer flow during peak periods
- General administrative duties and basic housekeeping
Requirements - Good communication and customer service skills
- Patient, professional and able to handle enquiries effectively
- Basic computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Detail‑oriented and able to multitask
