Main Duties & Responsibilities: Control of documentation and records
Ensure that the filing & record keeping of Department are in line with BV procedures
Issue job sheet for inspection assignment as required by Department Manager.
Maintain and update sale & schedule logbooks
Prepare monthly reports sale report and general report
Issue and control invoicing processes
Contact with client for inspection scheduling
Provide logistics and other supplies to surveyors for the purpose of implementation of job assignment
Perform all administrative activities as required for the operation of the Department
Review all timesheet & expenses of surveyors / supervisors / sales staff / Manager and Manager for submission to relevant managerial persons for approval
Assist in marketing & sale (prepare materials / for proposal, tender, translation, etc. as required)
Perform other assistant activities as and when reasonably requested by Manager and other staff.
