Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding sea freight shipments and related enquiries Coordinate import, export, and cross-trade shipments based on customer requirements Manage end-to-end shipment operations including booking, arrival notices, documentation, DG declaration, transportation, tracking, fumigation, and insurance arrangements Handle import and export customs clearance processes for customers Assist in preparing freight rate quotations and service proposals Liaise with carriers, freight forwarders, warehouses, transport providers, overseas agents, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations Ensure accuracy and completeness of shipping documentation such as Bills of Lading, Switch BL, invoices, permits, and cost verification Maintain and update customer profiles and shipment records in internal systems Monitor shipment progress and provide proactive updates to customers on delays or operational issues Investigate and resolve shipme...
