Main Duties and Responsibilities: Assist in the daily service operations to improve the operating standard, inventory management, customer service, quality and efficiency of the service operations. Assist in customer service and inventory control to ensure prompt and good services delivered, and provide prompt rectification to remedy any service delivery deficiencies identified.
