What the job involves
Being the first point of contact for our customers, you will provide exceptional customer service whether you are face to face, on the phone or via email. Rotation of duties between team members will provide variety and expand your knowledge of Council activities.

Who we are looking for
A confident customer focused individual with a can-do approach. Your communication skills will remain calm and professional, even when the pressure is on.
You’ll ideally have previous customer service experience, but this is not necessary so long as you’re a quick learner and can navigate Microsoft Office programs with ease.
