Your role:

  • Coordinating day-to-day operations in order processing, from order acceptance to shipment

  • Serving as the point of contact for customers

  • Recording and monitoring safety stock levels

  • Managing consignment inventory

  • Initiating internal escalations

  • Recording customer complaints

  • Preparing reports for customers
  • Your qualifications:

  • Completed vocational training in a commercial field, such as industrial clerk, office clerk, wholesale and foreign trade clerk, or a comparable field

  • Previous work experience in one of the above-mentioned areas is a plus

  • Ideally, an interes in technology

  • You enjoy working in a team and communicating with customers, manufacturers and colleagues

  • You have very good English and Microsoft Office skills and already have some experience with SAP
