About the role
This is a full-time Customer Service Manager Optical Assistant role based in our Windsor Southland store. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients, while also managing the day-to-day operations of our busy practice. This is an integral position that contributes to the overall success of Southern Optical.
What you'll be doing
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable and helpful customer service to clients
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints and returns in a professional manner
- Process sales transactions and provide recommendations on optical products
