We are seeking a Customer Service Manager to join the team in Christchurch. Working with our halls of residence, you will be responsible for managing a small operations team, working together to manage daily operations, booking management and providing resident support to these students.
ABOUT YOU
- Full-time position: 40 hours per week across Monday to Friday with ability to work after hours
- Manage the day-to-day administrative operations
- Recruit, manage and develop a team of high performing staff
- Build and maintain relationships with each key stakeholder group (students, family, University)
- Working with management and the University of Canterbury in relation to bookings
