Provide prompt after-sales support to Singapore corporate customers via hotline, handling business account inquiries and digital banking support.
Your role
Here’s what you will be doing:
- Handle inbound calls from the commercial service centre hotline, addressing enquiries related to business account transactions.
- Provide technical support on business internet banking.
- Support digital initiative launches.
- Work with Global Commercial Banking & Global Corporate Banking teams serving SMEs to large corporations, government entities, and Financial Institutions.
- Maintain consistent post-sales support to business customers through the Business Banking Commercial Service Centre (BBCSC), ensuring high customer satisfaction via digital channels and touchpoints.
