Job Objective: Support customers, address enquiries and facilitate transactions to cater to customers' needs (process sales orders) Core Responsibilities: Account Management Build relationships with existing customers by understanding their needs and assisting with their queries Manage customer orders and communicate requirements to internal stakeholders (Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, Quality Assurance, Logistics, Product Development) Update customers of the status of shipments, monitor their credit terms and assist with the collection of payments Receive all customer-supplied items delivered to the plant, and arrange delivery or self-collection of products Plan material schedule for key private label customers Prepare costing, quotations and administrative duties of the Business Development department Verify and endorse purchase orders and process sales orders Analyse customer order history, monitor repeat orders, take actions to understand situation...
