Job Summary
Our Customer Service Executive is responsible for delivering excellent customer experiences. He/she will need to liaise between our customers, factories and logistic partners to ensure execution of our sales orders.
Responsibilities
Process and coordinate orders with factory to support customers.Monitor delivery and ensure on-time shipment.Coordinate with customers and finance to ensure on-time payment within credit terms.Coordinate with warehouse on unpacking of shipment deliveries.Handle imports and export shipments such as preparing of shipping documents and maintaining shipping records etc.Conduct annual stock-take and inventory control.
