Job Scope

-Handle inbound sales enquiries

-Update and follow up with customer repair enquiry and repair status

-Attend to walk-in customers

-Handling of payments

-Merchandising store display 

-Ensure daily house keeping is completed 

-Other adhoc admin duties

Requirements

-Customer support experience

-Phone contact handling skills and active listening

-Familiarity with CRM systems and practices

-Communication (Ability to use positive language) and presentation skills

-Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively

Working Hours

5 day week or 5.5 day week

Salary: $2,200 to $2,700 monthly
