Job Scope

  • Attending to inbound calls, live chats and emails
  • Respond to customers’ general queries, complaints/feedbacks in a timely and accurate way
  • Assist and resolve customers’ inquiries with their mobile subscriptions, mobile plans, contract, mobile devices and monthly payments issues
  • Manage customer complaints and feedbacks accordingly

Requirements

  • Minimum SPM education level
  • 6 months and above experience in Customer Service (Telco Preferred)
  • Must be able to speak and write Mandarin fluently
