The successful candidate will work closely with the Directors and play an important role in ensuring smooth customer service operations and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, email, and other communication channels.
• Follow up with customers regarding appointments, documentation, vehicle collection, and case progress.
• Provide accurate and professional information regarding company services and processes.
• Manage customer expectations and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth case progression.
