Customer Service Executive
Our client, a leader in logistics services, is seeking a Customer Service Executive who is who is proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused to join their dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide hands-on support in managing customer interactions and resolving inquiries promptly. Respond to all customer queries within 24 hours (or as per KPIs).Handle and close global case requests with follow-ups and accurate reportingCoordinate with origin and destination teams to ensure smooth communication and service delivery.office to cure seamless clearance of inbound outbound shipments daily/weekly reports via smart sheet folders.Analyze and improve customer retention; handle complaints and feedback constructively.
