About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced, highly reliable and self-sufficient individual to support their customer service and e-commerce fulfilment operations during a critical period as they sell down stock across their online stores.
You will take ownership of day-to-day order fulfilment and customer support, working independently while delivering consistently accurate and timely results.
Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer enquiries via email and Zendesk with professionalism and accuracy
  • Process Shopify orders across multiple locations
  • Pick, pack and dispatch orders to strict courier deadlines (non-negotiable)
  • Manage returns and exchanges, liaising with freight and logistics providers
  • Maintain accurate stock levels, including transfers and adjustments
  • Prepare monthly stock and sales reporting
  • Keep the workspace organised, safe and efficient
