Customs Customer Service (English Speaker)

Job Responsibilities

1. Serve as the primary point of contact for Chinese-speaking clients, handling inquiries related to import customs clearance processes, shipment status, and documentation requirements
2. Coordinate and monitor end-to-end import clearance processes, including document preparation, customs submission, duty payment, and cargo release
3. Liaise with customs brokers, internal operations teams, and government authorities (Bea Cukai) to ensure smooth and timely clearance of import shipments
4. Review and verify import documents such as Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, and other required customs documents for accuracy and completeness
