Job Summary:

The Customer Service Coordinator is responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing orders, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring smooth delivery of goods and services. The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Support & Order Management

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages from customers.
  • Process sales orders, delivery orders, and invoices accurately in the system.
  • Coordinate order fulfilment with the warehouse and logistics teams.
  • Follow up on order status, delivery schedules, and resolve issues promptly.

2. Communication & Coordination

  • Act as the main contact point between customers and internal teams.
