Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Solve customer's questions in a timely manner through customer calls, social media, email and etc.
• Record the consultation content, give feedback to management and help to improve the product drawback
• Understand the micro lending knowledge, master the policy knowledge, and answer customer questions correctly.
• Solve customer complaints and improve user experience.

Qualifications:

• Candidate who has experience in Credit Card Business or Banking and Finance.
• Candidate must possess at least a high school diploma; Open for fresh graduates.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to operate computer and MS office and able to adapt to new technology in work.
• Must be amenable to work in the field at least 6 days a week...
