Customer Service Clerk - To attend and reply to customers' enquiries and email.
- To promptly answer customers' in-coming calls and issue orders.
- To prepare quotations based on customers' requirements and follow up on quotations.
- To check data entry, filing and scanning of documents.
- To accept other clerical duties as informed by Supervisor.
Job Requirements - Good communication and coordination skills with customers and delivery staff.
- Ability to multi-task and possess strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- A strong team player with a positive work attitude and commitment to work duties and responsibilities.
Working hours: Monday to Friday: 8.30am to 5pm; Saturday: 8.30am to 1pm
