Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and manage walk-in customers, assisting with sales and order processing.
  • Handle sales inquiries, prepare quotes, invoices, and delivery orders efficiently.
  • Schedule and coordinate delivery orders to ensure timely fulfilment.
  • Prepare safety documentation required for daily projects.
  • Monitor and report inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and availability.
  • Upload and maintain product listings across various e-commerce platforms including Shopee, Lazada, Qoo10, Facebook, Carousell, Eszee, Caterspot, etc., in Singapore.
  • Ensure all e-commerce product information, such as pricing and inventory, is current, accurate, and ready for sale.
  • Address and resolve e-commerce customer inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Provide exceptional customer service through web chat, phone, and email.
  • Perform additional ad hoc duties as assigned by superiors.
