Key Responsibilities Manage documentation (quotations, sales orders, invoices, delivery orders, and purchase orders) Ensure proper packing of goods for delivery/export Follow up on quotations and customer inquiries Collaborate with internal teams to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction Monitor stock movement Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned Requirements 2-3 years of experience in automotive sales Proficient in Accpac and MS Office Self-driven, independent, and able to multitask Technical knowledge of heavy vehicle spare parts Professional Certificate/Diploma or related field Customer service/sales admin experience will be an advantage Working hours: Mon to Fri, 9am to 6:15pm
