About the Role

We are seeking an energetic and customer focused Retail Assistant to join our Cooktown team on a full time basis. In this hands on role, you will be at the heart of the customer experience, greeting customers, processing transactions, replenishing stock, and ensuring the store is clean, safe, and welcoming at all times. There will also be opportunities to assist with light kitchen duties, offering variety and new skills as part of your day to day work.
What You Will Bring
* Previous experience in customer service, ideally within retail or hospitality * A positive, flexible, and can do attitude * A strong team focused mindset with a willingness to support others * Reliability and a genuine desire to learn and grow * Kitchen experience is an advantage but not essential
