Working location: West
Working hours: Monday to Friday. 8:00am to 5:30pm
Job Scope - Respond promptly to customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally
- Process orders in the system and coordinate with warehouse for fulfilment
- Update customers on order status and handle issues
- Prepare and manage documents (reports, invoices, data entry)
- Coordinate billing, track discrepancies, and follow up accordingly
- Identify improvements to enhance service quality and efficiency
- Ensure compliance with customer agreements and requirements
Requirement - Experience in customer service or similar role, ideally within logistics or warehousing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP is an advantage.
