JOB PURPOSE :
This position contributes to Blarney Castle's success by ensuring total customer dedication in efficiently servicing our customers. Works as part of a team to achieve store objectives. Ensures a welcoming environment that surprises and delights our customers in full compliance with company standards and state and federal laws .
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS :
1. High school diploma or GED is required; candidates without degrees who have relevant retail experience and a good work record will be given consideration .
2. Basic math skills and the ability to perform calculations such as making change and balancing cash registers.
3. Ability to read and write, and both understand and apply instructions and training materials.
4. Interpersonal communication and problem solving skills to customer service standards .
5. Demonstrated ability to integrate and work effectively in a team environment.
