Job Description

The Customer Service Assistant is in-charge of providing excellent customer service. Receive phone calls from clients/suppliers/partners and transfer to appropriate department/person. Take down messages and relay them to appropriate department/person. Assist tenants and customers with their queries/concerns.

Requirement

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College degree in any field
  • With pleasing personality and excellent communications skills
  • Well organized; Can work with minimum supervision
